1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective or damaged, or

• An incorrect item has been delivered

To qualify:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

• Customers must provide clear photos/videos as proof when initiating the request

• Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address

Important:

• Any missing item claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Requests made after this period will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, or

• The product has been damaged due to customer handling

3. Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiation
Email our support team at support@justoccult.com with:

• Order details

• Description of the issue (defective/damaged/incorrect item)

• Supporting images/videos

Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request and provide confirmation along with further instructions.

Step 3: Shipping

• Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by JustOccult

• Drop the package at the designated shipping center

4. Refund Policy

• Eligible returns within the 7-day window will receive Store Credit equal to the product value

• If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted

Special Cases:

• Defective/Damaged Products: Full Store Credit issued after successful return verification

• Partial Returns: Store Credit will be issued only for the returned item(s).

5. Replacement Policy

• Replacement orders will be processed after the returned product is received and verified

• Dispatch typically occurs within 7–10 days.
